Donald C. Moss has been in practice for more than 50 years as a litigator at the city, state, and federal levels.
Mr. Moss has expertise dealing with general litigation matters, and particular expertise in addressing issues of labor law, prevailing wage law, employee benefits (ERISA matters), wage and hour law, discrimination law, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Mr. Moss is also extremely experienced in dealing with entrenched unions, combating union organization, as well as business planning to avoid union representation altogether.

Brandon McKenzie

Richard Eisenberg specializes in real estate law and corporate transactions and has a broad range of experience in various other legal matters. Stephanie Schuman began her career at the Innocence Project (IP) under Barry Scheck and Peter Neufeld.
