Donald C. Moss has been in practice for more than 50 years as a litigator at the city, state, and federal levels.
Mr. Moss has expertise dealing with general litigation matters, and particular expertise in addressing issues of labor law, prevailing wage law, employee benefits (ERISA matters), wage and hour law, discrimination law, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Mr. Moss is also extremely experienced in dealing with entrenched unions, combating union organization, as well as business planning to avoid union representation altogether.

John O. C. Moss has been in practice since 2002, with primary expertise in the areas of general corporate matters and real estate, both commercial and residential. On the corporate side, Mr. Moss is general corporate counsel to various small- to mid-size businesses as well as start-ups, and has assisted clients on a wide range of matters including everything from corporate formations to mergers to dissolutions. Brandon McKenzie
Brandon McKenzie is a Swiss army knife of an attorney, splitting his practice between complex commercial litigation, advising pre-seed through Series A tech start-ups as corporate and product counsel, and counseling clients in real estate and short-term rental matters. As a lobbyist, Mr. McKenzie has successfully defeated legislation on behalf of his clients. Xiaoxiao Zhang has been in practice since 2017, currently specializing in the area of residential real estate.
